Intertank Screens

The existing PEI range of Intertank Screens, (also known as Interstage Screens) covers any capacity the client may require from 50 m3/hr through to 1200 m3/hr.

Larger capacities are also possible, but the physical size of the screen limits this to 2000 m3/hr. It is generally preferable to incorporate several smaller units per tank to achive higher throughputs.

All our screens are fabricated entirely from stainless steel and all feature the robust quality of SEW Eurodrive geared motor drive systems.

This unique design provides both the rotational drive for the rake assembly and also it's support; no additional couplings, guides or bearings are required.

Electrowinning Cells

Our Electrowinning Cells are custom designed and built to suit the client's requirements, with the cell body and fume cover being fabricated in polypropylene, supported on an epoxy coated steel sub frame.

The simple yet effective cathode connection system does away with the corrosion failures of the common spring clip designs and ensures maintenance free operation.

Matched to the cells we also offer solid state Rectifiers, featuring stepless voltage selection throughout their range and housed in rugged steel cabinets sealed to withstand the harsh environment of the production gold room.
